Cancellation and Transfers Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. Because we reserve accommodations, meals, and materials in advance, the following cancellation policy is in place:
Cancellations made more than 60 days (Before August 15, 2025) prior to the event:
→ Will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations made between 30 days (Before September 15, 2025) prior to the event:
→ Will receive a 50% refund of the total event cost, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations made from September 15, 2025 onward:
→ Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to the commitment of costs on our end.
Transfers:
If you're unable to attend but know someone who’d love the weekend, your registration may be transferred to another participant up to 7 days before the event, with prior approval.
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel Wing Women Weekend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster), payments can be applied to Anne-Marie Zanzal Coaching, Lotus Community Coaching, Authentically Us, or any future Wing Women Weekend event.
